I can't say enough about SilverLake Appliance Repair! I found them after a quick online search for Freezer Repair and I couldn’t be happier. My freezer decided to act up just before a big family gathering and I was in a bit of a pickle. Thankfully, the team at SilverLake swooped in to save the day.
The technician, whose name sadly escapes me, was at my place in Los Angeles, CA faster than I expected. He was super friendly, which put me at ease immediately, and he clearly knew his stuff. He took a look at my ailing freezer and quickly figured out the problem. Turns out, it was a pretty easy fix related to a clogged vent. Simple, yet effective!
I really appreciated how he explained things in a way that made sense without any of that technical jargon. Plus, he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s like having a new freezer again!
